Yes, we offer Free Shipping on Continental U.S. orders. U.S. orders are shipped via UPS to ensure delivery within 5-7 business days (starting with the first business day after the order was placed).

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

Once your order has shipped, we’ll make sure to send you an email or text. The e-mail (or text) will have all your tracking details. We usually send this email or text one or two days after you submit your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but if you would like us to ship to your country shoot us an email at info@courtandrowe.com

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Currently, we only ship to one address per order. Orders to a PO box or APO/FPO Address can not be accepted at this time.

RETURNS

What is your exchange policy? 

We are currently not accepting exchanges. We hope our size guide, available on each product page, will help you find the right size the first time.

What is your return policy? 

We make our garments with love and hope you enjoy them as much as we do! In the event that you need to return an item, ensure all tags are attached to the garment. Any items without tags will not be accepted. We only accept returns for items purchased through our online store, within 30 days from purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Is there a restocking fee?

Yes, we charge a $3 fee to restock an item when an item is returned.

How do I start a return?

We’re sorry to hear that something didn’t work out! But no worries, sending it back is fairly straightforward. First, head here to our online return center—enter the email address you used to place your order (or your order number) and zip code. Select the items you wish to return and tell us why they didn’t work. A custom label will be generated. Then just stick it to your return package, and drop it off at your local mail drop. Once your return is received and checked by fulfillment, your return will be processed.

Where should I ship my return to?

We want to make returns quick, easy, and painless. Our return address will be on the printed label, so no need to fill anything out.

When will my credit card be refunded?

It can take about 7 business days for your items to make their way back to the warehouse. We’ll send you a note once we’ve received them. After that, allow 1-2 weeks for a refund to hit your account (depending on your bank).

Can I return my order in a pop-up store?

If you bought it at a pop-up, yes. If you ordered it online, unfortunately not at this time.

How can I return a gift?

If you wish to return or exchange a gift, send a note to customerservice@courtandrowe.com and we’ll help you out. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
