• What is your return policy?

    We make our garments with love and hope you enjoy them as much as we do! In the event that you need to return an item, ensure all tags are attached to the garment. Any items without tags will not be accepted. We only accept returns for items purchased through our online store, within 30 days from purchase.   • What is your exchange policy?

    We are currently not accepting exchanges. We hope our size guide, available on each product page will help you find the right size the first time.

  • How do I start a return?

    We’re sorry to hear that something didn’t work out! But no worries, sending it back is fairly straightforward. First, head here to our online return center—enter the email address you used to place your order (or your order number) and zip code. Select the items you wish to return and tell us why they didn’t work. A custom label will be generated and adhered to your return package. Then drop to your local mail store. Once your return is received and checked by fulfillment your return will be processed.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Best to use our shipping calculator at checkout as shipping costs vary by state, and refer to the table here for estimated times.

  • What forms of payment do you take?

    We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Paypal. We currently do not support Afterpay programs. If you have any questions please email info@courtandrowe.com

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    For the gift givers of the world we do offer gift cards of up to $500. Head here to purchase one for a friend, family, or yourself.

  • What if my item is damaged?

    In the event that an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we truly, sincerely apologize for the mix up. Please contact info@courtandrowe.com with your order details and information and we will happily help correct this for you.

  • Will you be offering more sizes?

    Our current size run is XXS-3X, 00-24W. Please see our sizing chart on every product page for more information. If we don’t offer your size yet or carry an item in your size, please let our customer service team know customerservice@courtandrowe.com.

  • What size am I?

    We have sizing information on every product page of our website, so please scroll further down the page of the item you’re interested in to double check your size. We strive for a true fit for all items, but you know, our bodies are all beautiful and different.
